Teaching

Teaching

Every class is adapted to the needs of the participants, concerning level (beginners to professionals), experience (no movement experience to experienced dancers), style, interest, age (kids to adults), duration (one single class to regular training) and goal (warming up for companies, getting familiar with dance to professional dance education).

Ballet

The ballet classes have an organic and dynamic approach, in which people are motivated to dance, even in class. The emphasis is on technical skills, as well as on musicality, timing, precision, focus, clarity and freedom in movement.

Contemporary

The contemporary class is an organic movement class, focusing on technical skills as well as on dancing qualities. Using elements from different styles and techniques, the class develops from floorwork through standing exercises to dance phrases moving through space.

Dance classes for non-dancers

In the classes and workshops, dance and movement are introduced in a light and playfull atmosphere. Through movement phrases, improvisation and composition tasks, the consciousness of our body and the space around us is increased. Furthermore the focus goes to the social aspects of the group (respect, collaboration, leading/following, trust). If possible, we work towards an (in)formal presentation.
